When someone visits we use a third party service, Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns. We do this simply so we can track what areas of our website are the most popular and learn from that.  This information is used in a way that does not identify users and we do not make or allow Google to make any attempt to find out the identities of anyone visiting our website.

Individuals, usually through the businesses they work for, that subscribe to our quarterly e-newsletter will continue to be sent our quarterly update.  The only information we hold is an email address – there is no other personal information held.  We do not trade email lists with any other organisations.  We use a third party provider, MailChimp to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails.

INCA hold very limited personal information. We will only retain that information for as long as necessary, and where possible with the knowledge or consent of the individual. Individuals have the right to request access to, amend or delete any of their personal data that we hold.
