La Mer took up residency in 13 Soho Square, a beautiful London town house right in the centre of Soho, to showcase its luxury products to a new audience.

INCA, working with La Mer, created a pop-up that offered an opportunity for new and younger clientele to explore the story behind the brand and its legendary formula.

Consumers arrived and experienced a full range of complimentary treats: the Miracle Bar for a refreshment and free skincare consultations with advice on the perfect skin care solutions. Visitors could pre-book manicures, facials, mini massages, yoga as well as talks from experts on their personal skin care regimes.

Over 2000 consumers passed through the doors over four days. A huge success with an outreach to a new target audience for La Mer and creating memorable experiences for all those that attended.
