La Mer took up residency in 13 Soho Square, a beautiful London town house right in the centre of Soho with the aim to reach a new target audience.

INCA working with La Mer created a pop-up that offered an opportunity for new and younger clientele to explore the story behind the brand and its legendary formula.

Consumers could turn up and experience a full offering of complimentary treats; the Miracle Bar for a refreshment, free skincare consultations with advice on the prefect skin care solutions. Visitors could book on line for on-site manicures, facials, mini massages, yoga, and talks from experts on their personal skin care regimes.

Over 2000 consumers passed through the doors over the four day pop up, a huge success with an outreach to a new target audience for La Mer. Creating positive experiences for all those that attended.
